I think Josh underestimates the potential market by orders of magnitude. Sheer volume of sales and the anonymity of the internet will act to prevent lawsuits.
Bugbear, there is no anonymity on the Internet. That's a fiction.
The latest example: Visit a website using a wifi link on a cellular phone, a hacker can often locate them to within 30' in an urban area. Thank you very much Google Streetview database....
And you'd better hope there isn't any anonymous Internet punching ever developed. I suspect there's already a lineup of subscribers to tune you up! ;)
