Sheep and intelligence tests
According to this article in Animalwise, sheep are "barnyard brainiacs", and perform as well in some intelligence tests as any non-primate. They're just sneaky enough not to show it...
trufax (or "factoid" as apparently you Americans like to say): Australian merinos are worse mothers than their crossbred counterparts because of continued inbreeding - they quite often forget how many lambs they've had and leave one or two to die! (ps. It's wonderful that you love sheep)
Sometimes, not all the time - only sometimes, this fascination you have with sheep..., it scares me.

Well, some people are into sharks, some people people are fascinated by leopards. I skip past them and straight to the real killers: the sheep.
