Brilliant, maybe. Fearless, definitely. Willing to take on Tony Blair and skilled enough in rhetoric to hand him a drubbing.
That said, he was a bit tedious. That's how I generally find radical atheists. I often wish they'd understand that someone wishing them Merry Christmas isn't an affront or an attempt to push religion upon them, anymore than anyone wishing them a Happy Birthday is someone trying to subject them to ageist evaluation.
The radical atheists are as tiresome as any religious zealot.
