I was helping set up the sound equipment at church, and we needed a sound check on one of the mikes. So I picked it up and said "Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe. All mimsy were the borogroves, and the mome raths outgrabe."
And Charlie Pittman said "I see now why Josh got that way."

Good Job! In freshman English we were required to memorize a poem and that's the one I chose. During recital I got into it a bit and play-acted the battle with the Jabborwock.
Good stuff.

Well, I have a few things to say here. First of all, when you made reference to TLAP Day a few posts back (crossing your bay), I thought you were joking. Omgosh there really is such a thing. I realized it when Yahoo had a headline on "Why/(If) pirates say 'Arrrr!'" and then when half the players in Dalaran and Stormwind and my Frost Run were in full costume. For crying out loud, of all the themes and causes and reasons in life for an international day of observance, Talking like a Pirate was a successful suggestion put forth and embraced?? I'm totally amazed. Secondl, I also love the Jabberwocky. And I figured out how to write macros on the Interface menu. The other night about 3 a.m. I sent the whole poem out over the General channel in Wintergrasp to simply stunned silence (before the wtf's and gtfo's kicked in). I consider it a Quest tale. And lastly, you may be very cool, Runehorn, but your kid is rather a bit more handsome. Sorry. Just sayin. :)
Thank goodness you got that good lookin' brain. That thing stomps good looks flat. IMO.
I'm just sayin'...
I hope you're thinking of his picture from May 15 this year, because if you're taking your opinion from the pirate pic....
Pirates.... argh. Ninjas will have the head of the lot of them.
They have a mysticism because people have retconned them into a romantic, freedom-loving, freebooting bunch of anarcho-egalitarians who were just out to have a few laughs, a drink or two, and go wenching.
That has little contact with reality, but there you go. There's money in supporting the delusions of the masses.
And I've known for quite some time what the main distortional force in Josh' universe was. Strong is the Dark side. But they have cookies.
Just sayin'.
We got way more than cookies over here...
I'm just sayin'.
Ninjas are cooler, but pirates have more fun.
Darkside ninja pirates?
